Developer Products or "Products"

Developer Products or "Products" means the software, content, digital materials, and other products and services as made available and/or promoted by You via Honor Platforms.

• To the extent that any terms in this Agreement are inconsistent with any terms of any agreement you may enter into with any BQE customers pertaining to their use of Developer Products, the terms of this Agreement and of any agreement between BQE and such BQE customers shall govern.

• Developer agrees that unless Developer otherwise receives the express prior written authorization of [Licensee Name], Developer will not market Developer Products developed using the Software in any manner which implies that [Licensee Name] or its suppliers endorse such products.

• The purpose of this Exhibit is to allow Developer, subject to the restrictions contained in this Exhibit and the Agreement, to sublicense, duplicate, and distribute Qualifying Developer Products developed under the Agreement between Novell and Developer.

• Royalties shall accrue upon transfer, sale or license of Qualifying Developer Products by Developer and shall be paid to Novell no later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each month.

• Developer agrees to include a conspicuous statement in the end user documentation for Qualifying Developer Products identifying Developer or those who market products on Developer's behalf as the sole support contact for Qualifying Developer Products.

More Definitions of Developer Products

Developer Products or “Developer Product” means the software product(s) of the Developer, including Extensions.

Developer Products means a Developer Product that has been provided to, and accepted by, PSN prior to distribution or Sublicense thereof and which complies with certification criteria designated by Novell. Acceptance means that PSN and Developer have added the Developer Product to Exhibit A to this Agreement by means of a mutually agreed upon writing. Developer acknowledges that achieving certification criteria may require additional consideration for participation in a certification program designated by Novell; the current designated certification program is Novell's DeveloperNet Labs.

Developer Products means the products that Developer is authorized to develop using the Tools. Each product shall be identified in Exhibit A to this Agreement by product name (which may be in the form of a code name if Developer provides PSN notice of the actual release name prior to release), and description. The Developer Product may include Tools and/or Derivative Works thereof in binary form only. * Confidential treatment has been requested for portions of this exhibit. Developer Products means Developer Software as defined in the Adobe Developer Terms of Use, that (i) you develop with use of AEC Technology or (ii) is intended to to access, function or interoperate with AEC On-Demand Services and AEC Products.
