Developer Products means a Developer Product that has been provided to, and accepted by, PSN prior to distribution or Sublicense thereof and which complies with certification criteria designated by Novell. Acceptance means that PSN and Developer have added the Developer Product to Exhibit A to this Agreement by means of a mutually agreed upon writing.
