Domestic Person means any “United States person” under and as defined in Section 770l(a)(30) of the Code.
Juristic Person means a partnership, association, trust, body corporate, company, close corporation or other legal or juristic person;
juridical person means any legal entity duly constituted or otherwise organised under applicable law, whether for profit or otherwise, and whether privately-owned or governmentally-owned, including any corporation, trust, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship or association;

Deaf person or "person who is deaf" means any person whose hearing is so severely impaired that the person is unable to hear and understand conversational speech through the unaided ear alone, and who must depend primarily on an assistive listening device or visual communication such as writing, lip reading, sign language, and gestures.
Fugitive from justice means any person who has fled from any state, territory, the
domestic politically exposed person means a natural person who is or has been entrusted domestically with prominent public functions;
Marriage and family therapy means the assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders, whether cognitive, affective, or behavioral, within the context of marriage and family systems. Marriage and family therapy involves the application of psycho‑therapeutic and family systems theories and techniques in the delivery of services to individuals, couples, and families for the purpose of treating diagnosed emotional, mental, behavioral, or addictive disorders.
Older person means an individual who is at least fifty-five (55) years of age and qualified to reside in a Housing For Older Persons Project.
Professional person means a mental health professional,
Politically Exposed Person means any individuals connected to any prominent public functions, as well as their immediate family members and close associates.
Politically Exposed Persons means:

Practice of marriage and family therapy means the professional application of family systems theories, principles and techniques to treat interpersonal relationship issues and nervous, mental and emotional disorders that are cognitive, affective or behavioral. The practice of marriage and family therapy includes:
Marriage and family therapist means a marriage and family therapist licensed by the board to practice marriage and family therapy as defined in division (G) of section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.
Person means an individual or corporation, partnership, trust, incorporated or unincorporated association, joint venture, limited liability company, joint stock company, government (or an agency or subdivision thereof) or other entity of any kind.
Other Person means a person who is not a council member or an employee.
Member in a Bidding Consortium or “Member” shall mean each Company in a Bidding Consortium. In case of a Technology Partner being a member in the Consortium, it has to be a Company.
Canadian Person means any person who is a national or resident of Canada, any corporation, partnership, or other entity created or organized in or under the laws of Canada or of any political subdivision thereof, or any estate or trust the income of which is subject to Canadian Federal income taxation, regardless of its source (other than any non-Canadian branch of any Canadian Person), and shall include any Canadian branch of a person other than a Canadian Person.
WHO means the World Health Organization.
Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.
Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
