Digital Securities definition

Digital Securities means undated, limited recourse, secured debt securities of the Issuer constituted by the Trust Instrument of any of the Classes specified in the Class Schedule;

  • Securities has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture and more particularly means any Securities authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.
