Diligence Period definition

Diligence Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

More Definitions of Diligence Period

Diligence Period means the period commencing as of the date of this Agreement and ending on the date that is sixty (60) days after the Schedule Delivery Date.
Diligence Period means, with respect to each Real Property and any Diligence Materials in respect thereof, (a) with respect to any Pre-Cutoff Materials, the period on or prior to 5:00 P.M.
