In lieu of fractional shares, the Company may make payment to the Holder, at the time of exercise of this Warrant as herein provided, of an amount in cash equal to such fraction multiplied by the greater of the Current Market Price of a share of Common Stock on the Exercise Date and the Dilution Price.
