Dilution Price definition

Dilution Price means, with respect to each share of Common Stock, $4.82, subject to appropriate adjustment for events described in Subsection 3(a).
Dilution Price means, with respect to each share of Common Stock, $3.50, subject to appropriate adjustment for events described in Sections 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6.
Dilution Price means, with respect to each share of Common Stock, $9.05, subject to adjustments described in Sections 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 hereof.

  • In lieu of fractional shares, the Company may make payment to the Holder, at the time of exercise of this Warrant as herein provided, of an amount in cash equal to such fraction multiplied by the greater of the Current Market Price of a share of Common Stock on the Exercise Date and the Dilution Price.

More Definitions of Dilution Price

Dilution Price means, with respect to each share of Common Stock, the Purchase Price, subject to appropriate adjustment for events described in Subsection 3(a).
Dilution Price means $12.80 per share, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Dilution Price shall additionally be subject to the computation considerations and the adjustments that are applicable to determining the number of shares of Common purchasable upon exercise of this Warrant and Dilution Price as set forth in Sections 4(g) and 4(h) hereof.
Dilution Price means, as of any date, the lesser of the Base Price and the Conversion Price in effect on such date.
