DIP ABL Facility definition

DIP ABL Facility means that certain $85.0 million debtor-in-possession revolving credit facility under the DIP ABL Facility Loan Agreement.

DIP ABL Facility means that certain $35,000,000 debtor-in-possession financing facility, available pursuant to the terms and conditions of the DIP ABL Agreement.

More Definitions of DIP ABL Facility

DIP ABL Facility means the debtor in possession asset-based revolving loan facility provided under the DIP ABL Credit Agreement.

DIP ABL Facility means that certain debtor-in-possession credit facility created under the DIP Credit Agreement, which includes, pursuant to the Interim DIP/Cash Collateral Order, a roll-up of all obligations under the ABL Credit Agreement.

DIP ABL Facility means that certain debtor-in-possession asset-based credit facility available pursuant to the terms and conditions of DIP ABL Agreement and the other Credit Documents (as defined in the DIP ABL Agreement) in the aggregate principal amount of up to $300 million.
