DIP Financing Facility definition

DIP Financing Facility means the Debtor-in-Possession Credit Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2002, among the Reorganizing Debtors, the Heber Debtors, the Liquidating Debtors, the DIP Lenders and the DIP Agents, as it has been or may be amended and modified from time to time, and as approved and extended by order of the Court.
DIP Financing Facility means, collectively: (a) the Debtor-in-Possession Credit Agreement, dated as of May 24, 2000, as it may be subsequently amended and modified, among the Debtors, those entities identified therein as "Lenders" and their respective successors and assigns and First Union National Bank (as agent bank); (b) all amendments thereto and extensions thereof; and (c) all security agreements and instruments related to the documents identified in (a) and (b).
DIP Financing Facility means, collectively: (a) the Post-Petition Credit Agreement, dated as of February 12, 2002, as amended and modified, among the Debtors, the Other Kaiser Debtors and those entities identified therein as "Lenders" and their respective successors and assigns and Bank of America, N.A. (as agent);

More Definitions of DIP Financing Facility

DIP Financing Facility means the postpetition credit facility extended to the Debtor under section 364 of the Bankruptcy Code and any replacement facility therefor.

Morgan Securities Inc., as “Lead Arranger, Sole Bookrunner and Syndication Agent” thereunder and The CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc., as “Co-Arranger” thereunder; (b) all amendments thereto and extensions thereof; and (c) all security agreements and instruments related to the documents identified in (a) and (b).
DIP Financing Facility means the agreements set forth in the Stipulation for Entry of Order Authorizing Debtor in Possession Financing and Modification of the Automatic Stay.
