Direct Referral definition

Direct Referral means a phone call, voicemail, and/or email from the Division to one or more Qualified Vendors requesting the Qualified Vendors’ availability and ability to provide services for a specific Member or specific group of Members.
Direct Referral means any loan which is actually made and funded by ACCH with respect to which a BANK Application was received by BANK (and not funded by the Bank) and referred to ACCH for such loan.
