Direct shareholding definition

Direct shareholding means that a natural person personally holds shares in a company. ‘Indirect shareholding’ means that a natural person holds shares in a company via one or multiple persons or a chain of persons.
Direct shareholding means with respect to any Shareholder or Shareholders, at any time, the percentage of the issued, subscribed and paid up Shares held directly by such Shareholder or Shareholders at such time of all the issued, subscribed and paid up Shares in the company.
Direct shareholding means shareholding in a bank, by a person directly on his/its own name, or jointly with his spouse or with a person who has not attained the age of legal majority related to him by consanguinity to the first degree or through any other conditions as may be determined by the National Bank.
