Director of OC Parks or “Director” means the Director, Orange County Parks, OC Community Resources, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to Tenant, such other person or entity acting in a similar capacity as shall be designated by the Board of Supervisors.

  • Each year’s program dates shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Director of OC Parks, as defined in the attached General Conditions.

  • Urban renewal area means a slum area or a blighted area or a combination thereof which the municipality designates as appropriate for an urban renewal project.
