Director of Public Transport definition

Director of Public Transport means the Director of Public Transport under the Transport Xxx 0000 (Vic), his successors, permitted substitutes ands permitted assigns;
Director of Public Transport means the Director of Public Transport under the Transport Act 1983 (Vic), his successors, permitted substitutes and permitted assigns;
Director of Public Transport means the person holding the position referred to in section 65(1);
