Director Stock Options definition

Director Stock Options shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(c).
Director Stock Options means stock options granted under and subject to the terms of the Director Plan, as well as any vesting periods and other terms and conditions determined by the Board or the appropriate committee thereof on the grant date.
Director Stock Options means options to purchase Company Common Shares that were issued pursuant to the Director Stock Option Plans.

  • Any Eligible Director may waive his or her right to be granted Eligible Director Stock Options.

  • The Committee may amend the terms of any award or option (other than Director Stock Options) theretofore granted, prospectively or retroactively, but no such amendment shall impair the rights of any holder without his consent.

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Service.

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Restricted Stock Grant means Shares awarded under the Plan as provided in Section 9.

  • Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to surrender to the Company all (or a portion) of a Stock Option in exchange for an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value on the date such Stock Option (or such portion thereof) is surrendered, of the Common Stock covered by such Stock Option (or such portion thereof), and (ii) the aggregate exercise price of such Stock Option (or such portion thereof).
