The employee is now considered a Police Disability Pensioner and is no longer in an active employment status.
A Disability Pensioner shall report all and any earnings from any employment or gainful pursuit to the Trustees, in writing, within fifteen (15) days after the end of any month in which he/she has such earnings so that such Disability Pension can be terminated.
A Pensioner (except a Disability Pensioner) who returns to Covered Employment and earns an additional Pension Credit shall, upon subsequent Retirement, be entitled to a re-computation of his pension amount based on his additional Pension Credit.
If a Disability Pensioner falls to make timely reports as required in this subsection c., he/she shall be disqualified for Disability Benefits for those months in which he/she had any earnings from employment or other gainful pursuit regardless of the exception in the preceding sentence.

A person shall be entitled to only one pension under this Plan, except that a Disability Pensioner who recovers may be entitled to a different kind and an Employee or a Pensioner may also receive a pension as the Spouse of a deceased Pensioner.
