A Disabled Grantee may elect to accelerate the distribution date of the Disabled Grantee’s Shares issuable with respect to Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units from the date payment would otherwise be made to a date that is as soon as practicable following the date the Disabled Grantee became disabled.
