Mechanical Failure. Whenever, as a result of the unavailability of appropriate District vehicles due to mechanical or other malfunctions, a bus driver regularly scheduled to work is unable to work, the driver shall receive pay at the rate the driver would have received for working that day, or be assigned alternate tasks.
Mechanical Failure. Condition which causes a covered item or system to stop performing its designed function.
Mechanical Failure. In the event a school must be closed because of a mechanical failure and/or Act of God prior to or after the school is in session, and the students are sent home, teachers may be reassigned to another school building for the remainder of the day or until the school is deemed operable by the principal of the building.

Mechanical Failure. Occurs when a Covered Item becomes inoperable and unable to perform its primary function due to normal wear and tear, subject to the limitations, exclusions, and conditions of this Agreement.
Mechanical Failure. In case of a mechanical failure on the Vessel forcing us to discontinue your charter, we will give you credit for another charter with us or place you on another Vessel with the same number of cabins for your group so you may continue your charter, in either case in our sole discretion. Issuance of a credit or providing a replacement vessel, in our discretion, shall constitute your sole remedy and our sole liability and obligation for any mechanical failure that may occur.
Mechanical Failure. 8.1 The accountholder acknowledges that ATMs are a mechanical operation and as such its performance is outside the control of the Bank and may sometimes be retained card and / or the transaction cannot be made through the ATM.
8.2 The Bank reserves the right to allow withdrawal transactions through ATMs when they are not in direct communication with the central computer.
Mechanical Failure. The Landlord upon proper notice shall have a reasonable time to determine the cause of any malfunction and to have the same repaired without any liability as to damages or inconveniences to the tenant for that reasonable time period. The provision would include sewer lines, water pipes, hot water heaters, heating and air conditioning systems, refrigerators and appliances.
Mechanical Failure. If the vehicle suffers a mechanical failure during the rental time period, the renter will be fully responsible for the costs associated with retrieval and repair of the vehicle. Additionally, the renter will pay the full rental rate covering the lost revenue due to the vehicle being out of service during its repair period. Ridge Mountain Rentals llc will not be liable for missed appointments, changed plans, vacation interruptions, or any other expenses caused by a mechanical failure.
Mechanical Failure. Equipment made inoperative by breakdowns or failures caused by everyday use. Maintenance, cleaning and cosmetic appearance are not mechanical failures (e.g., cleaning an air conditioning coil is considered maintenance).
