DISABLEMENT DATE means the date upon which the SIGNAL SERVICES are agreed to be disabled.
Disablement shall have the same meaning as disablement is defined in the Intel Long Term Disability Plan, which is generally a physical condition arising from an illness or injury, which renders an individual incapable of performing work in any occupation, as determined by the Corporation.
total disablement means such disablement, whether of a temporary or permanent nature, as incapacitates a workman for all work which he was capable of performing at the time of the accident resulting in such disablement:
Permanent Disablement means a disability falling under one of the items of disablement listed in the scale of compensation in this Policy under Section 1, which was caused by an Accident, as long as the disability lasts for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of the Accident and at the expiry of that period our appointed Registered Medical Practitioner confirms that the disability is not going to improve after twelve (12) months.
Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;
Permanent Total Disablement means a bodily injury caused by accidental, external, violent and visible means, which as a direct consequence thereof totally disables and prevents the insured from attending to any business or occupation of any and every kind or if he/she has no business or occupation, from attending to his/her usual and normal duties that last for a continuous period of twelve calendar months from the date of the accident, with no hopes of improvement in future
Disability Date means the date on which a Participant is deemed disabled under the employee benefit plans of the Corporation applicable to the Participant.
Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."
Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).
Availability Termination Date the earlier of (i) the date that is the seventh anniversary of the Closing Date and (ii) the date on which the Administrative Agent delivers to the Servicer a notice of termination as a result of a Termination Event in accordance herewith (or the date on which such termination becomes effective automatically pursuant to Section 7).
Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Lender shall have been made).
Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).
Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.
Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

In-Service Date means the date on which the Facility and System Modifications (if applicable) are complete and ready for service, even if the Facility is not placed in service on or by that date.
Premium Termination Date With respect to the Series A Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series A Certificates, with respect to the Series B Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series B Certificates and with respect to the Series C Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series C Certificates.
Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16).
Service disabled veteran business means a business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more service disabled veterans or, in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51 percent of the equity ownership interest in the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity is owned by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans.
Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.
Plan Termination Date means the date that is ten (10) years after the Effective Date, unless the Plan is earlier terminated by the Board pursuant to Section 15 hereof.
Early Retirement Date means the Retirement, as defined below, of the Executive on a date which occurs prior to the Executive attaining sixty-two (62) years of age, but after the Executive has attained fifty-five (55) years of age.
Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).
