Examples of Disability Date in a sentence
All payments made under this Section 5 after the Disability Date are intended to be disability payments, regardless of the manner in which they are computed.
Disability Date" means the date the Executive's Disability began.
If the Executive’s employment is terminated for Disability, Date of Termination means thirty (30) days after Notice of Termination is given, provided that the Executive does not return to the full-time performance of the Executive’s duties during that 30-day period.
If applicable, the Health Care Benefit Payment shall be paid in a single lump sum as soon as administratively practicable following the effective date of the release signed by Employee, but in no event later than seventy (70) days after the date of termination of employment or the Permanent Disability Date, as applicable.
