Disability Date definition

Disability Date means the date on which a Participant is deemed disabled under the employee benefit plans of the Corporation applicable to the Participant.
Disability Date means, in relation to a Participant, that date determined by the Board to be the date on which the Participant experienced a Disability.
Disability Date means the date the Executive's Disability began.

More Definitions of Disability Date

Disability Date means the date on which a Participant becomes a “Disabled Participant” under the Ingredion Incorporated Retirement Savings Plan for Salaried Employees (the “Ingredion Savings Plan”) or a successor to such plan or any such similar plan containing a disability provision applicable to the Participant. If a Participant is not covered by the Ingredion Savings Plan or a similar plan containing a disability provision, the determination of whether the Participant has a “Disability Date” shall be made by the Committee by applying the provisions of the Ingredion Savings Plan as if the Participant were a participant of such plan or any similar plan that the Committee determines to be appropriate.
Disability Date means, the date of a Participant’s Termination as a result of a Disability.
Disability Date means the date subsequent to a Change in Control on which the Employee is determined to have a Disability.
