Disaster Outreach means contacting persons in their place of residence or other settings to provide support, education, information and referral to resources in the event of a disaster.

Direct Service Support Costs “Direct Service Support Costs” are BH-ASO level costs incurred to provide services and activities to Individuals, as defined in the instructions of Exhibit B, Non-Medicaid Expenditure Report.
