Support Costs definition

Support Costs means the expenses incurred by UNOPS as a result of its implementation of projects funded either by UNDP or other United Nations organizations that apply a common reimbursement regime for such implementation services;

Support Costs means an average monthly fee for [***] ([***]) Portola FTEs (whether or not such FTEs are [***] under the Collaboration) working on the Collaboration as described in EXHIBIT D. "Support Costs" include wages and other [***] that Portola [***] to pay [***] as described in EXHIBIT D, but exclude [***] or other [***].

Support Costs mean those indirect costs that are incurred to operate the Partner as a whole or a segment thereof and that cannot be easily connected or traced to implementation of the Work, i.e., operating expenses, overhead costs and general costs connected to the normal functioning of an organization/business, such as cost for support staff, office space and equipment that are not Direct Costs.

• Material Support Costs are affected by the complexity of the product being manufactured, the volume of product ordered and frequency of purchase orders, and the number of unique custom mechanical parts in the xxxx of material.

• Training Costs incurred by Spectrum shall be included in Commercialization Support Costs if and to the extent included in and not exceeding the approved budget therefor set forth in a Commercialization Plan.

More Definitions of Support Costs

Support Costs means all costs and expenses of Diamond associated with providing technical support to Distributor under this Agreement, including without limitation labor and service charges at Diamond's standard hourly rates, as amended from time to time, direct cost of materials, and out-of-pocket and third-party expenditures.

Support Costs means the expenses reimbursed to an implementing partner as a result of their administration of programme activities financed from UNFPA funds.

Support Costs means those costs incurred by the IP which cannot be unequivocally attributed to a specific activity implemented by the IP in accordance with this Agreement, including any WP. The “support cost rate” represents the mutually agreed amount reimbursed by UNFPA towards the IP’s regular operating expenses as provided in this Agreement and the WPs and considered by both Parties to be fair, and shall be estimated as a percentage of the direct costs actually incurred by the IP in the implementation of activities in accordance with this Agreement and the WPs. In accordance with UNFPA’s financial rules, an IP that is a Government entity shall not be entitled to the payment or reimbursement of any support costs.

Support Costs means only those incremental costs and expenses incurred by the City as a result of implementing or performing the terms of this Settlement Agreement which would not otherwise have been incurred if the terms of this Settlement Agreement did not exist. For example, the term “Support Costs,” as used in this Settlement Agreement, shall not include the pre-existing costs or expenses for services performed by the City Attorney of Los Angeles, or the City’s Mayor, City Council, Chief Administrative Officer, or their respective offices or staff, or the Controller, Personnel Department or Finance Department.

Support Costs means food and dietary, laundry, housekeeping, and other related costs.

Support Costs has the meaning in Section 2 of Exhibit F.

Support Costs means costs incurred in undertaking the Support Service Functions.
