Support Costs definition

Support Costs means the expenses incurred by UNOPS as a result of its implementation of projects funded either by UNDP or other United Nations organizations that apply a common reimbursement regime for such implementation services;
Support Costs means an average monthly fee for [***] ([***]) Portola FTEs (whether or not such FTEs are [***] under the Collaboration) working on the Collaboration as described in EXHIBIT D. "Support Costs" include wages and other [***] that Portola [***] to pay [***] as described in EXHIBIT D, but exclude [***] or other [***].
Support Costs means those costs incurred by the IP which cannot be unequivocally attributed to a specific activity implemented by the IP in accordance with this Agreement, including any WP. The “support cost rate” represents the mutually agreed amount reimbursed by UNFPA towards the IP’s regular operating expenses as provided in this Agreement and the WPs and considered by both Parties to be fair, and shall be estimated as a percentage of the direct costs actually incurred by the IP in the implementation of activities in accordance with this Agreement and the WPs. In accordance with UNFPA’s financial rules, an IP that is a Government entity shall not be entitled to the payment or reimbursement of any support costs.

Support Costs mean those indirect costs that are incurred to operate the Partner as a whole or a segment thereof and that cannot be easily connected or traced to implementation of the Work, i.e., operating expenses, overhead costs and general costs connected to the normal functioning of an organization/business, such as cost for support staff, office space and equipment that are not Direct Costs.
Support Costs means all costs and expenses of Diamond associated with providing technical support to Distributor under this Agreement, including without limitation labor and service charges at Diamond's standard hourly rates, as amended from time to time, direct cost of materials, and out-of-pocket and third-party expenditures.
