Discharge Consent definition

Discharge Consent means a consent given for the purposes of Article 9; “enforcement notice” has the meaning assigned by Article 12;
Discharge Consent means the discharge consent held by the Purchaser and granted by [environmental agency/water authority] in respect of effluent and other discharges from the [Facility] to the main sewer.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring, and enforcing permits and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements, under Sections 307, 318, 402, and 405 of CWA. The term includes an approved program.

  • Discharge Date means the date on which the Obligations have been unconditionally and irrevocably paid in full and all Letters of Credit terminated or Cash Collateralized, except for contingent obligations under the Loan Documents which by their terms survive.
