Discharge/waiver of liabilities. The discharge or waiver of any liability of the supplementary cardmember for any reason will not prejudice or affect the undertakings, liabilities and obligations of the basic cardmember or our rights and remedies against the basic cardmember and vice-versa provided always that the respective liabilities of the basic cardmember and the supplementary cardmember will only be to the extent as provided herein.
Discharge/waiver of liabilities. The discharge or waiver of your liability for any reason will not prejudice or affect the liabilities or obligations of the business member under this agreement or our rights and remedies against the business member.
Discharge/waiver of liabilities. The discharge or waiver of any liability of a card user for any reason, including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing:
(a) the death or other legal incapacity of the card user; or
(b) any invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this agreement against the card; or
(c) any waiver permitted by us in favor of the card user, will not prejudice or affect the undertakings, obligations and liabilities of the Business Cardmember under this Agreement or our rights and remedies against the Business Cardmember.
Discharge/waiver of liabilities. The discharge, release or waiver of any liability of the Corporate Account Holder or disability or incapacity of the Corporate Account Holder or the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement against the Corporate Account Holder for any reason will not prejudice or effect the undertakings, liabilities and obligations of the Cardholder or the Bank’s rights and remedies against the Cardholder and vice versa provided always that the respective liabilities of the Corporate Account Holder and the Cardholder will only be to the extent as provided herein.
