Card User means an individual to whom a Card is supplied and who is validly authorised by You to use and to utilise funds loaded on a Card subject to this Agreement and on Your behalf. Current Bank of India legislation prevents the provision of Cards to residents of India. Contract Holder means You, the corporate entity which, subject to its Corporate Account Platform agreement, owns the available funds that can be used by the Card User and to whom the Cards are issued. Corporate Account Platform means the online platform where Cards can be ordered and funds loaded for use by the Card Users. Use of the Corporate Account Platform is regulated by an agreement entered into between the Contract Holder and XXImo.

Card User means the Primary Cardholder, the Secondary Cardholder, and any Dependent Cardholder(s) on the Account.

• If the Card User and retailer agree a refund, the retailer may process the refund via a POS terminal.

• You cannot assign Your rights under this Agreement, and the Card User is strictly prohibited from transferring or giving the Card to any third party or from allowing any third party to use the Card.

• The Card User must retain their receipts to verify their Transactions.

• The Card User and/or Card Holder can at any time request that the block be removed from their Card by contacting Customer Services at the contact details specified in the Schedule, but the discretion to unblock the Card or resume provision of Our services will be at Our discretion.

• You shall only distribute the Card to the Card User and You shall be responsible for ensuring that each Card User complies with this Agreement where applicable.

More Definitions of Card User

Card User s Account” means the record maintained by the Bank of accruals, reversals and redemption of Points;

Card User means the Cardholder and/or the Authorised Cardholder, jointly or severally.

Card User means each person nominated by the Cardmaster to use a Card.

Corporate Account Platform means the Website and/or Yokoy App where Cards can be ordered. Use of the Corporate Account Platform is regulated by an agreement entered into between the Contract Holder and Program Manager.

Card User means each person nominated by the Cardmaster to use a Card. “Charge” means the amount incurred during the Charge Period by the Cardmaster and the Card User for the purchase of Supplies using the Card at the Supply Price, whether or not a Sales Voucher is actually completed or signed in connection with such charge and includes the relevant Fee.

Card User or ”User” means the person authorized by the Business Partner to use the Card.

Card User means any person, whether You or an Authorised User, to whom a Card is issued by Us at Your request and who is authorised by You to use a Card and access the funds held in the linked Wallet in Your Soldo Account.
