Disciplinary Procedure definition

Disciplinary Procedure means the disciplinary procedure set out in Schedule D.
Disciplinary Procedure means the Disciplinary Procedure of the Municipality in terms of the collective agreement of the South African Local Government Bargaining Council and/or the Disciplinary Code and Procedures for Senior Managers;
Disciplinary Procedure means the rules of an exchange governing the in- vestigation and adjudication of pos- sible rule violations and the imposition of appropriate penalties under subpart B of this part.

Examples of Disciplinary Procedure in a sentence

  • Failure to do so may result in action being taken in accordance with the Trust’s Disciplinary Procedure.

  • Such action shall not be subject to the Grievance Procedure or Disciplinary Procedure.

  • Any breach of such confidentiality is considered a serious disciplinary offence, which is liable to dismissal and/or prosecution under statutory legislation (Data Protection Act) and Shropdoc’s Disciplinary Procedure.

  • Anyone found to have retaliated against or victimised someone in this way will be subject to disciplinary action under our Disciplinary Procedure.

  • Any breaches in Hospice confidentiality will be dealt with by St. John’s Hospice Disciplinary Procedure and may result in dismissal.
