Disciplined Member definition

Disciplined Member means a Member who has been suspended, fined or expelled under Article 13 hereof.
Disciplined Member means a Member who has been suspended, fined or expelled under Articles 3.15 or 3.16.
Disciplined Member means a Member who has been suspended, fined or expelled under Articles 19 or 21 hereof.

  • A Disciplined Member whose appeal is unsuccessful shall pay to the Company all or any costs or expenses reasonably incurred by the Company in connection with the hearing of the appeal as the Board may determine.

With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Disciplinary Panel means the panel appointed pursuant to Rule 613(b) to conduct hearings in connection with disciplinary proceedings (other than summary impositions of fines pursuant to Rule 601(b)), to make findings, render decisions, and impose sanctions pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Rules.
