Disclosure Exhibit definition

Disclosure Exhibit means Exhibit I.B.75 of the Plan, which shall contain the information described in Section VI.B.15 of the Disclosure Statement.
Disclosure Exhibit means Schedule 1.1 (d) hereto, which sets forth certain qualifications and exceptions to the representations, warranties and other information provided by the Individuals in this Agreement.
