Disconnect Charge definition

Disconnect Charge means a non-recurring charge charged by Provider and payable by Customer for any request to disconnect a Provider-assigned DID, DID/DOD, TFN or TN, including any port outs from Provider.
Disconnect Charge means the charge imposed by the District to duly compensate the District for the effort of disconnecting a Customer’s service upon the Customer’s failure to abide by the terms of these Policies and Procedures or any Service Agreement executed by the Customer.

  • Water Service Connection (lateral) shall mean the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water distribution system that is located between the Corporation’s water main in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.
