Discontinuance Charge definition

Discontinuance Charge. ’ means a charge levied by Us on the Discontinuance of the Policy at the rate and manner as specified in Part E.
Discontinuance Charge means the charge specified in Clause 1 of Part E of this Policy Document.
Discontinuance Charge means the charge made by the Company when Units under the Contract are cancelled for the purpose of withdrawal or surrender of the Contract in accordance with Clause 18.

  • The Annual Usage Commitment is used in the calculation of the Discontinuance Charge, as described in Section 2, for early termination of an Initial Term or Renewal Term.

More Definitions of Discontinuance Charge

Discontinuance Charge means a charge levied by Us on the Discontinuance of the Policy, as specified in the Schedule, provided that You have not paid the Single Premium under this Policy;
