Discounted Price definition

Discounted Price means (i) the IPO Price Per Share less (ii) the underwriting discount per share paid to the underwriters in the IPO.
Discounted Price means (i) the Offering Price less (ii) the Per Share Underwriting Discount.
Discounted Price means the price of the residential property after applying the relevant Payment Plan and/or applicable discounts (if any but excluding the “Stamp Duty Discount” under paragraph (4)(ii)(b) (if applicable)) on the Price.

  • Within the limits described in this Agreement, Client may set a single, practice-wide, markup discount rate to yield a discounted lab test/panel price to be charged to Client’s Registered Patients (the "Patient Discounted Price").

More Definitions of Discounted Price

Discounted Price means the price that the Vendor will charge Agencies for the purchase of Eligible Items under this Contract. The Discounted Price is the Catalog Price reduced by the Discount Percentage.
