Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Total Contract Price means the total set out in "Tender Document Form: Contract Prices".
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.
Nominal fee means a fee that reasonably reimburses a municipality only for time spent and expenses incurred in:
Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or
Final Price means, with respect to a Security and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the price of such Security as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on such Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be.
Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.
Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.
Bill Payment is the online service that enables the scheduling of bill payments using a personal computer;
Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.
Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.
Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.
Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,
Relevant Price or "S(k)" means, in relation to a Fund Interest and any Strategy Calculation Date, the Fund Value per Fund Interest.
Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Variable Charge means the charge that varies according to kgtm and is calculated in accordance with the formula set out in paragraph 2.2.1, summed across all Services;
Shortfall Payment has the meaning specified in Section 3.7.
VWAP Purchase Price means the lesser of (i) the Closing Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date; or (ii) ninety-seven percent (97%) of volume weighted average price for the Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on (A) the VWAP Purchase Date if the aggregate shares traded on the Principal Market on the VWAP Purchase Date have not exceeded the VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum and the Sale Price of Common Stock has not fallen below the VWAP Minimum Price Threshold (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction), or (B) the portion of the VWAP Purchase Date until such time as the sooner to occur of (1) the time at which the aggregate shares traded on the Principal Market has exceeded the VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum, or (2) the time at which the Sale Price of Common Stock falls below the VWAP Minimum Price Threshold (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).
Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.
Purchase Price Credit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3 of the Agreement.
