Examples of Discover Group in a sentence

  • It is understood that any Claims Made Policies may not provide any coverage to the Discover Group for incidents occurring prior to the Distribution Time but that are asserted with the insurance carrier after the Distribution Time.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Discover or "discovered" means the time when you first become aware of facts which would cause a reasonable person to assume that a loss of a type covered by this insurance has been or will be incurred, regardless of when the act or acts causing or contributing to such loss occurred, even though the exact amount or details of loss may not then be known.
