Discretionary Subfund definition

Discretionary Subfund means the subaccount or subaccounts with the State Treasurer created pursuant to this chapter where certain funds in the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund are distributed by the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund Board in its discretion to qualified applicants for approved abatement strategies.
Discretionary Subfund means that portion of the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund from which the Board will allocate amounts on a discretionary basis as set forth in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

Matching contributions also include Participant forfeitures allocated on account of such elective deferrals or employee contributions.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Company Matching Contributions means the Company contributions described in Section 3.4.

  • Participant Contributions means contributions made by the Participant pursuant to an executed Pay Reduction Agreement subject to the Participant Contribution limits contained in Article III.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.
