Investment Options definition

Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.
Investment Options means the investment options offered under the Johnson Controls Savings and Investment (401k) Plan (excluding the Company stock fund) or any successor plan thereto, the Share Unit Account, and any other alternatives made available by the Administrator, which shall be used for the purpose of measuring hypothetical investment experience attributable to a Participant’s Account.
Investment Options means each mutual fund option set forth on the Hypothetical Investment Designation Form, a copy of which is attached as Appendix C, as amended by the Committee from time to time.

  • If a material change in Investment Options is made or intended to be made by a third party, the Company will notify the Reinsurer within [Redacted] Business Days after the Company becomes aware of such change or intent to change and shall provide plans for resolution (such as replacement of the fund) within [Redacted] days of becoming aware of such change or intent to change, if required by the Reinsurer.

  • If the Reinsurer rejects such proposed material change and the Company nevertheless implements such material change, the Company shall indemnify the Reinsurer for all Losses incurred by the Reinsurer as a result of such material change in Investment Options implemented by the Company to the extent such Losses exceed the maximum Reinsurance Fees permitted hereunder with respect to the affected IPG Policies.

More Definitions of Investment Options

Investment Options means the investment choices offered by the plan. Account owners can choose to invest in any number of investment options.
Investment Options means those hypothetical targeted investment options, other than Common Stock, designated by the Committee as measurements of the rate of return to be credited to (or charged against) amounts deferred to Participants’ accounts other than their Deferred Stock Accounts.
Investment Options means the Share Unit Account and any other options made available by the Administrator, which shall be used for the purpose of measuring hypothetical investment experience attributable to a Participant’s Savings Supplement Account.
Investment Options means the options for investment of Accounts in the Trust, to be made available in accordance with the Contractor’s Proposal and this Agreement. Each Investment Option shall be a segregated investment portfolio of the Trust.
Investment Options means the Stock Unit Option and the Interest Income Option.
Investment Options means the Investment Options described in the Comprehensive Investment Plan for the Program adopted by the Board and approved by the State Board of Administration, pursuant to Section 1009.973, Florida Statutes. The Board retains the authority to close or not offer one or any of the Investment Options at any time.
Investment Options means group or individual annuity contracts or such other investment arrangements or funds issued by or offered through the Provider as selected and monitored by the Board and used to hold assets of the Plan.
