Disney Properties definition

Disney Properties means all Intellectual Property Rights owned, used, or licensed or controlled by Disney Enterprises, Inc. (“DEI”) or its Affiliates or in respect of which DEI or its Affiliates otherwise has rights;
Disney Properties has the meaning ascribed to that term in Recital A and Exhibit “A” to this Agreement.

  • Supplier shall not use Disney Properties unless and until it has entered into a XXXX and shall only use Disney Properties subject to and in accordance with the XXXX entered into by Supplier.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Leased Real Estate means all leasehold or subleasehold estates and other rights to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, or other interest in real property held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
