Dispatch Hour means the prescribed hour(s) when ------------- Energy is to be delivered by Supplier to Buyer at the designated Point(s) of Delivery and the prescribed hour(s) when Ancillary Services are to be provided to the ISA by Supplier on behalf of Buyer.
