Disposal component definition

Disposal component means a subsurface absorption system (SSAS) or other soil absorption system receiving septic tank or other pretreatment device effluent and transmitting it into original, undisturbed soil.
Disposal component means the portion of the Fee’s that apply to Solid Waste Disposal or Processing. The Disposal Component at the effective date of this agreement is equal to Twenty percent (20.0%).
