Disposal limits definition

Disposal limits means the horizontal and vertical boundaries within a solid waste facility where solid waste has been disposed, is being disposed, or will be disposed within those boundaries.

  • Annual Limit means the maximum amount claimable per person in a calendar year, unless otherwise stated.
