Disposal Shares definition

Disposal Shares means collectively the entire issued share capital of FIAL and Newco,
Disposal Shares. ’ means all the issued shares in the Disposed Company
Disposal Shares means 76,500 CTM Shares, representing 51% of all the issued shares in the capital of CTM;

  • Subject to all applicable law and regulation, the Company itself may acquire Disposal Shares.
