Disposition Agreement definition

Disposition Agreement means a definitive written agreement providing for a transaction or series of transactions between the Company or its Affiliates and any Person who is not an Affiliate of the Company regarding a Disposition.
Disposition Agreement means a formal nonpublic agreement entered into with an impaired licensee instead of formal disciplinary action, in which the licensee agrees to comply with certain conditions.

Disposition Agreement means any agreement, contract or other arrangement (other than this Agreement) pursuant to which any interest in any Financing Contract or any payment due under any Financing Contract and related Credit Enhancement or with respect to any Portfolio Property is sold, used as collateral, transferred to or otherwise disposed of to any Person or Persons by Seller.
