Examples of Disputing Person in a sentence
If a Person asserts that there exists a --------------------- Dispute, then such Person (the "Disputing Person") will give each other ---------------- Person involved in such Dispute a written notice setting forth the nature of the asserted Dispute.
If no such resolution is reached within ten (10) business days after such delivery of such notice, the party delivering such notice of Dispute (the "Disputing Person") may, within forty-five (45) business days after delivery of such notice, commence arbitration by delivering to the other party a notice of arbitration (a "Notice of Arbitration").

If the Dispute has not been resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of their initial meeting, then any Disputing Person may take such further action or actions as it or they may deem appropriate.
If mediation fails, or if either party refuses to submit the Dispute to mediation, then the Disputing Person may commence arbitration hereunder by delivering to each other party involved therein a demand for arbitration as required by the Rules which shall specify the nature of any Dispute and any other matters required by the Rules as in effect from time to time to be included therein (a “Demand for Arbitration”).
