Dissociating Member definition

Dissociating Member means a Person who has been a Member but who Dissociates. The term is used in each case with reference to a specific Dissociation and does not refer to Persons who have previously Dissociated, or who may subsequently Dissociate, in Dissociations other than the specific one under consideration.

Examples of Dissociating Member in a sentence

  • In the event any Member acquires knowledge of a Dissociation Event, that Member shall promptly give notice thereof, specifying the nature of the Dissociation Event and the identity of the Dissociating Member, to the Company and all of the other Members (including the Dissociating Member) and such notice shall be deemed to be notice from the Dissociating Member for purposes of this Section 9.2(A).
