Upon Dissociation from the Company by a Member, the Dissociating Member’s Interest shall automatically revert to the Company, and neither the Company nor the remaining Members shall be obligated to purchase the Interest of or make any payments to the Dissociating Member except as provided in Section 9.2(a).
In the event any Member dissociates prior to the expiration of the term of this Operating Agreement, and if the Members do not opt to purchase the Membership Interest of the Dissociating Member pursuant to Section 11.5 above, the dissociating Member shall be treated as an Assignee.
