In the event any Member acquires knowledge of a Dissociation Event, that Member shall promptly give notice thereof, specifying the nature of the Dissociation Event and the identity of the Dissociating Member, to the Company and all of the other Members (including the Dissociating Member) and such notice shall be deemed to be notice from the Dissociating Member for purposes of this Section 9.2(A).
By their signatures hereto, Dissociating Member and its Affiliates hereby covenant not to compete with the Company as provided below.
