Dissociating Member definition

Dissociating Member means a Person who has been a Member but who Dissociates. The term is used in each case with reference to a specific Dissociation and does not refer to Persons who have previously Dissociated, or who may subsequently Dissociate, in Dissociations other than the specific one under consideration.

  • Upon Dissociation from the Company by a Member, the Dissociating Member’s Interest shall automatically revert to the Company, and neither the Company nor the remaining Members shall be obligated to purchase the Interest of or make any payments to the Dissociating Member except as provided in Section 9.2(a).
