Dissolution Amount definition

Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Early Dissolution Amount (Tax), the Optional Dissolution Amount (Call), the Optional Dissolution Amount (Certificateholder Put), the Change of Control Dissolution Amount, the Dissolution Amount for the purposes of Condition 14 or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be determined by the parties pursuant to these Conditions (including any amount payable following a Total Loss Event);
Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Early Dissolution Amount (Tax), the Optional Dissolution Amount (Call), Optional Redemption Amount, the Change of Control Put Option Dissolution Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount to be paid on a Dissolution Date as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the applicable Final Terms;
Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Tax Dissolution Amount, the Optional Dissolution Amount, the Change of Control Dissolution Amount, the Dissolution Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms for the purposes of Condition 13, the amount payable pursuant to the Transaction Documents following the occurrence of a Total Loss Event, or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in the applicable Final Terms;

Examples of Dissolution Amount in a sentence

  • No further amounts will be payable on any Trust Certificate from and including the Dissolution Date unless, upon due presentation, payment of the Dissolution Amount or any part thereof is improperly withheld or refused.

  • Payments of any Dissolution Amount will only be made against surrender of the relevant Certificate at the specified office of any of the Paying Agents.

  • Unless the Certificates are previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, in full, the Trustee will redeem each Certificate on the Scheduled Dissolution Date at the Final Dissolution Amount together with any Periodic Distribution Amounts payable.

  • The fee for a license under this ordinance shall be One Hundred and no/100 ($100.00) dollars.

  • If the amount of any Dissolution Amount or Periodic Distribution Amount is not paid in full when due, the Registrar will annotate the Register with a record of the amount in fact paid.

Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Early Dissolution Amount (Tax), the Optional Dissolution Amount (Call) or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as the case may be;
Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Dissolution Event Amount, the Tax Dissolution Amount, the Optional Dissolution Amount (Call), the Total Loss Dissolution Amount, the Optional Dissolution Amount (Put), the Clean Up Call Dissolution Amount, which shall, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms, in each case, be equal to the sum of:
Dissolution Amount means, in relation to each Certificate, as the case may be:
Dissolution Amount means, in relation to each Certificate, the aggregate face amount of that Certificate, together with any accrued but unpaid Periodic Distribution Amount;
Dissolution Amount means, as of any date, in relation to each Series, the aggregate principal amount of the Trust Certificates of that Series then outstanding plus accrued and unpaid Periodic Distribution Amounts in respect of such Series as of such date or the Optional Dissolution Exercise Price as of such date.
Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Exercise Price or the Dissolution Amount for the purposes of Condition 14 (Dissolution Events) (including any amount payable following a Total Loss Event);
