Dissolution Committee definition

Dissolution Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 8.11(c) hereof to serve as the liquidator of the Partnership and to manage the dissolution of the Partnership.

Related to Dissolution Committee

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Creditors’ Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;
