Dissolution Committee definition

Dissolution Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 8.11(c) hereof to serve as the liquidator of the Partnership and to manage the dissolution of the Partnership.

Examples of Dissolution Committee in a sentence

  • The unanimous determination of the Dissolution Committee as to the value of each of the Partnership’s assets, or the determination of the appraisers appointed pursuant to Section 9.5(f), as applicable, shall conclusively establish the value of the Partnership’s properties and shall be final and binding upon the Partners and the Partnership.
