Distribution plant definition

Distribution plant means telephone equipment and facilities necessary to provide new residential basic local exchange service to a premises, but does not include drop wire.
Distribution plant means, with respect to the Company, the distribution assets of the Company as reported from time to time by the Company to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on F.E.R.C. Form 1.
