Inside Wiring. You may install Inside Wiring, provided it does not interfere with the normal operations of our Services. If you have us install Inside Wiring, we will charge you for that service. Regardless of who installed it, we consider the Inside Wiring your property or the property of whomever owns the Premises. Accordingly, you are responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Inside Wiring, unless you and HTC have agreed otherwise in writing. (If you do not own the Premises, contact your landlord or building manager about the repair or maintenance of Inside Wiring.) If you have us repair or maintain the Inside Wiring, we will charge you for that service.
Inside Wiring. Inside wiring is not required if there is an existing Standard RJ 11 Telephone Xxxx in place at the customer desired location. If a new Xxxx must be installed, the rate for installation will be the current Xxxxxx Telephone Company De-Regulated Service rate, and must be prepaid by Customer at the time of installation. Customers with alarm systems, that do not have a telephone line for the broadband service to be installed on, will need to have their alarm service rewired to accommodate the broadband station filter. Charges for this rewiring will be charged at the indicated labor rate..
Inside Wiring. All charges from the carrier for inside wiring will be billed to the Customer. If the carrier is not able to perform the inside wiring, the Customer is responsible for completing the wiring or contracting with a third-party for such services. At the Customer’s request, NetWolves will schedule 3rd party technicians to provide inside wiring services as close as possible to the installation services date, and NetWolves will charge Customer additional fees for such inside wiring work. NetWolves reserves the right to refuse to do any extensive inside wiring work requested. If the order is cancelled due to extensive inside wiring, NetWolves will assess a Cancellation Fee. Extensive inside wiring includes, but is not limited to: Tracing and testing existing wire through multiple units, multiple stories, or multiple telephone closets in a high-rise building or business park; Other complex wiring situations where physical laying of cable or wiring is required; New wiring due to service location greater than 50 feet from the NID; Wiring from the NID to a desired location; or Moving an existing jack to another location.
Inside Wiring. Inside wiring may not be required if there is CAT 5 or fiber cabling already existing. If a new cabling must be installed, the rate for installation will be the current Fort Mojave Telecommunications Inc. De-Regulated Service rate and may be free with a contract or billed if there are special customer installation requirements. Inside wire maybe be subject to special promotions and incentives at any given time.
Inside Wiring. The applicable rates for inside wiring provided directly by Call One to Customer are specified on the technician-charges page of the Call One website at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. Inside wiring provided by a third party vendor will be billed at their applicable rates and charges. In addition, any installation charges identified on Page 1 of this Agreement applies to the initial Service installation and does not include inside materials and wiring.

Inside Wiring. You acknowledge that Layer3 TV or its subcontractors may use existing wiring, including altering the wiring and removing accessories, located within your unit ("Inside Wiring"). You warrant that you own or control the Inside Wiring, and give Layer3 TV permission to use, alter, and remove equipment from, such wiring. Without limiting any other provisions of this TOS, you agree to indemnify Layer3 TV from and against all claims by an owner, landlord, building manager, or other party in connection with installation, maintenance, repair, or provision of the Services.
Inside Wiring. Customer acknowledges that Smart City may use existing wiring located within the Customer Premises (“Inside Wiring”). Customer represents and warrants that Customer owns or controls the Inside Wiring, and gives Smart City permission to use, alter, and remove equipment from, such wiring. Customer agrees to indemnify Smart City from and against all claims by an owner, landlord, building manager, or other party in connection with installation, maintenance, repair, or provision of the Services. If Customer does not own the Customer Premises or your unit is part of a multi-tenant environment (e.g., office building, apartment building, condominium, private subdivision), Customer represents and warrants that it has obtained permission from any necessary party, including but not limited to the owner, landlord, or building manager, to allow Smart City and its subcontractors reasonable access to install, maintain, and repair the Services. Installation and wiring will be provided by Smart City up to the building’s Services Delivery Point. Any inside wiring, or special construction required to extend the Services Delivery Point, is the responsibility of the Customer or the Customer’s low voltage contractor. In cases where Smart City or its subcontractors provide the inside wiring to extend the Services delivery location; Smart City will own said wiring and will be responsible for repair, maintenance and replacement. All existing Inside Wiring is the property of the Customer or the property of whomever owns the Customer Premises. Placement of Inside Wiring from the building’s Services Delivery Point shall be arranged by the Customer prior to the date of Smart City’s installation of the Services. Except in cases where Smart City or its contractor provides the inside wire, any costs associated with Inside Wiring, or delays caused thereby, are the responsibility of the Customer. Accordingly, Customer is responsible for the repair, maintenance and replacement (including riser cable) of Customer owned Inside Wiring.
Inside Wiring. “Inside Wiring” consists of the Home Run Wiring and the Unit Wiring. “Home Run Wiring” is any Wiring extending from the IDF facilities and through the Pathways to each Unit. “Unit Wiring” is any Wiring within a Unit that extends to the structured wiring panel or wall outlet(s) within each Unit. The Home Run Wiring will be provided by and remain the property of Association, provided that Starry shall have the non-exclusive right to access and use the Home Run Wiring during the Term. Subject to Association’s prior approval, if Starry elects to install any Home Run Wiring (“Starry Installed Home Run Wiring”), ownership of the same will pass to Association when installation is complete, provided that Starry will have the exclusive right to access and use the Starry Installed Home Run Wiring during the Term. Any existing Unit Wiring is and shall remain the property of the Unit owners and the use thereof shall be as agreed between Starry and the applicable Unit owner.
