Distribution Process definition

Distribution Process means the procedure for the submission, review, determination and payment of Claims as prepared by Class Counsel and approved by the Court;
Distribution Process means: the process for ultimate distribution by Falcon to Falcon Unitholders pursuant to the Partnership Agreement of the Net Purchase Price, plus Accrued Interest thereon, to be paid to Falcon as provided in this Stipulation and the Asset Purchase Agreement.
