The Disbursing Agent also shall place in the Distribution Reserve any dividends, payments, or other distributions made on account of, as well as any obligations arising from, the property initially withheld in the Distribution Reserve, to the extent that such property continues to be withheld in the Distribution Reserve at the time such distributions are made or such obligations arise.
