Distribution Table means the chart attached hereto as Exhibit A detailing: (a) the 2014 Convertible Notes Distribution; (b) the 2017 Convertible Notes Distribution; (c) the Senior Secured Credit Facility First Out Claims Distribution; (d) the Senior Secured Credit Facility Last Out Claims Distribution; (e) contribution amounts for the NewLLC Exit Credit Facility; and (f) contribution amounts for the Reorganized REVA Exit Credit Facility.

Distribution Table means the table attached hereto as Schedule III which sets forth the allocation of the Merger Consideration among the Stockholders and the holders of Company Options.
