Distribution Threshold Amount definition

Distribution Threshold Amount means, with respect to any fiscal quarter, the amount by which (a) $11.0 million exceeds (b) the sum of (i) the Applicable Debt Service Amount for such quarter plus (ii) the Applicable Carryover Amount for such quarter.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Excess Fraud Loss Any Fraud Loss, or portion thereof, which exceeds the then applicable Fraud Loss Amount.
