Distribution trust director definition

Distribution trust director means any person given authority by an instrument to exercise all or any portion of the powers set forth in section 633A.4810. Except as provided in the trust instrument, the distribution trust director shall have the same fiduciary duty andliability in the exercise or nonexercise of such powers as the trustee would in the absence of such directory powers.

  • Independent Director/Trustee means any; (i) director or trustee of an Invesco Mutual Fund who is not an “interested person” (as defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the Investment Company Act) of an Invesco Mutual Fund; (ii) director or trustee of an Invesco ETP who is not an “interested person” (as defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the Investment Company Act) of an Invesco ETP; or (iii) member of the Invesco Canada Independent Review Committee, Invesco Canada Funds Advisory Board or Board of Directors of Invesco Corporate Class Inc. who has no other executive responsibilities or engagement in an Invesco Canada Fund or Invesco NA’s day-to-day activities beyond the scope of their duties as director/trustee.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Certificate Paying Agent means any paying agent or co-paying agent appointed pursuant to Section 3.10 and shall initially be Wilmington Trust Company.

  • Certificate Distribution Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.

  • Owner Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Owner Trustee hereunder.
