District Development Committee definition

District Development Committee means the District Development Committee established in every district to initiate, monitor and co- ordinate development policies and activities in that district;
District Development Committee means District Development Committee of eleven program districts of the region as specified in Section 16(b) of this Articles.
District Development Committee or “DDC” means the District Development Committee, a local body established at the district level of each of the districts of the Recipient under the Local Self Governance Act, 2055 (1999) of the Recipient and selected to participate in the carrying out of activities under the Project in accordance with the District Participation Framework, or any successor thereto.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • District Committees means the District Public Works Integrating Committees and the Executive Committees created pursuant to Section 164.04 of the Revised Code, and District Subcommittees created pursuant to Section 164.06 of the Revised Code.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.

  • Development District means Municipal Development District No. 4 in the City, which is described in the corresponding Development Program.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
